Heidi Allen MP encourages residents to submit to consultations on rogue landlords and the removal of Section 21 notices

Heidi Allen MP is encouraging South Cambridgeshire residents to submit to two government consultations. In the first consultation, the government are seeking the views of tenants and landlords on their decision to remove Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988. The second announced consultation is seeking views on widening access to a database of rogue landlords and property agents, to tenants and prospective tenants.

The consultations were announced by the Secretary of State for Housing, James Brokenshire, on the 22nd of July. You can view his letter informing colleagues of both consultations below.
